This is a new experience but seems interesting.
I will start out talking about good health.
I am 59 years old and am extremely healthy. I take no medications and have full and abundant energy. I attribute this to healthy living including diet and excercise. I became a vegetarian when I was 22 years old and have been excercizing regularly for the last 25 years. My excercize consists of racewalking for cardiovascular and strength training on machines.
I do 30-40 minutes daily of racewalking and 3 days of about 1/2 hour each of strength training. I also do about 5 minutes of abdominal excercizes (situps etc) and about 5-10 minutes of stretching.
I also take vitamin and mineral suplements.
The above formular seems to work for me. It certainly is not a shortcut but it does make me feel better about life every day.
I will be writing more about this in the future.
